Job Description:

W2S Solutions is looking for Business Development Executive. Candidate will be involved in lead generation, International voice calls, sales and marketing in IT Services and Products. You are required to work on US Shift timing (4 PM to 1 AM) and actively participate in business development.

W2S Solutions is looking for Business Development – Trainee. Candidate will be trained and then involved in lead generation, International voice calls, sales and marketing in IT Services and Products. You are required to work on US Shift timing (4 PM to 1 AM) and actively participate in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to promote IT Product and Services in to the Domestic / International Market through lead Generation.
  • Lead prospecting, qualifying and building a robust pipeline
  • To identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, presentations, etc.
  • Ensuring all data is properly maintained and updated in the Database
  • Understanding customer needs and gathering requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the respective Sales Manager for closures
  • To cultivate, build and manage relationships with Clients
  • Able to understand and communicate well with North American customers
  • Educate prospects on how our products and services can fulfil their current and future needs

Desired Skill Set:

  • Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
  • Well versed in Lead generation techniques
  • Must have excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English
  • Able to demonstrate time management, and inside sales skills
  • Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in night shift (US shift 4 PM to 1 AM)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
  • Prior experience in IT Company
  • Knowledge of Website & Mobile Apps Projects & Process

Educational Qualification:

  • Postgraduate: MBA / MCA is preferable.
  • Undergraduate: BE is preferable. Any UG is okay.

Candidates must have

  • Fluency in English ( both verbal and written ).
  • Self confidence.
  • Presentation skillsets.
  • Knowledge on Social Media and other websites to gather leads.
  • Knowledge in basic web technology.
